Our clients delivery can be made up to 2 to 3 weeks according to our agreement with you or a specific date.
As soon as you receive our shipping, you have to make sure that the products delivered aren’t damaged, and everything in your order is according to your delivery order. If you have some misunderstandings, don’t hesitate to contact us and we will solve the problems as soon as possible.
Keep in mind that your delivery person is a driver and he will not help to unload the goods. As such, it is necessary to make sure that you have contacted an unloading crew for this job or have people on site to unload the goods.
Keep in mind that delivery trucks are not provided with hydraulic ramp for loading and unloading your order.
You will notice that we have adopted strict measures to avoid tile breaking during transport: some tiles have a safety net on the back, panels or mosaics are packed in boxes, some goods are packed in crates and some tiles are even separated by different methods, for increased safety.
Panels and special cut-to-size pieces are always lifted from the edge, to avoid cracking. You need to store your natural stone by the same method used for delivery: in crates or pallets, with tiles being placed side by side, vertically, not on top of each other, on horizontal level.
Please make sure that the crew or people that are responsible for installing your natural stone is informed about all these instructions that we provide.
