SHIPPIG TAX

The products on piatradesign.ro have the prices displayed without the delivery fee. After you add the products to the shopping cart, the Shopping Cart and Order Completion page will display the delivery fee for the order and location.

SHIPPING DATE

The delivery time of the products in stock is 48-72 hours. If the order contains personalized debited products, according to the quotas sent by you through the order form (steps, countersteps, window sills, countertops, etc.) the delivery time is between 1-3 weeks. The delivery term starts from the date of order confirmation and full payment of the ordered products. The delivery term of the products that are not in stock at the moment of placing an order, will be sent by our consultants.

Regarding products that are not in stock or various special parts in the store, the delivery terms are different. In case of exceptional situations that we cannot foresee, such as extreme situations due to the bad weather conditions or the schedule of the partner carriers, the eventual delays of the sold products will be communicated to you by e-mail or telephone contact.
